When and how will I receive an invoice?

Invoices are issued on a quarterly basis. You will receive your invoice either by e-mail or by postal mail, based on your preference. If your account balance does not reach $20 (or minus $20) at the end of the quarter, you will not be invoiced. Your account balance will be reported in the next period. But we’ll send you an e-mail with your current account balance.

When and how will I receive a refund?

Refunds will be issued if you are paying more at the pump in fuels tax than you are in road usage charge.

Refunds are issued on a quarterly basis. At the end of each calendar quarter, you will receive your account statement. If your account has met the $20 credit threshold, you will be refunded. If your account has not met the $20 credit threshold, please wait until the quarter refunding cycle when it does.

How do I pay my invoice?

You pay your invoice online with a Credit or Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER).

How do I report an error on my invoice or on my daily mileage?

Contact us right away online or by phone at 800-347-9415. Our team will assist you in resolving the error.

I didn’t receive an invoice, how can I get a copy?

For customers who have opted for electronic invoicing, the invoices can be viewed and downloaded from your online account. For customers who have opted for paper invoicing, you may request a copy by calling 800-347-9415, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST. Any calls received outside of our regular business hours, will be transfered to our voicemail, and will be attended to on the following business day.
